## Scope

Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a hybrid plant for Wamo Energy Service Company (WESCO) in Kismayo: at least 6 MWp of solar PV and at least 10 MWh of usable battery storage, with a grid controller, SCADA and an 11 kV point of interconnection.
