Privacy
What this site records, and what it does not.
Without your permission
The server keeps aggregate operational counters: the page requested, the response status, whether the client looked like a bot and the response time, rolled up per minute and deleted after 90 days. They contain no IP addresses, cookies or identifiers. Your colour theme is stored only in your own browser.
A necessary language-preference cookie remembers your selection for one year. Its value is a language code, not a personal identifier.
With your permission: Google Analytics
If you choose Allow in the analytics prompt, the site loads Google Analytics 4 to count page views and engagement. Before that choice no Google script is loaded and no analytics cookie is set. Advertising features and ad personalisation are off. Page addresses are sent without query strings, and only the host name of a referring site. Browser privacy signals (Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track) count as a refusal. You can change your choice at any time: . Google processes this data under its own terms: how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Messages you send
The contact form and contact@epcfeed.com are the only ways to write to EPC Feed. The form stores your name, e-mail address, the page you mention and your message so they can be answered. Messages are kept for up to 12 months and are not used for marketing. A keyed hash of your network address is kept with a message only to limit abuse; the address itself is not stored.
People named in official records
EPC Feed does not republish the names, e-mail addresses or phone numbers of officials that appear in procurement notices, nor the names of natural persons listed as beneficial owners. The official notice is linked instead.
Links to other sites
Links to official notices and company sites open pages with their own policies. EPC Feed adds no tracking parameters to them.
