Scope
Design, construction, commissioning and handover on a turnkey basis of a municipal solid-waste thermal treatment installation with high-efficiency energy recovery in Wysokie Mazowieckie. The scope includes design documentation and permits, supply and installation, testing and trial run, operator training, a warranty period and technical assistance for the first 12 months of operation. The TED text read gives no estimated value and no plant capacity; the functional-utility programme is in Annex 1 to the SWZ, which was not read.
