Scope
Design and construction of infrastructure and superstructure works, including electrification, to rehabilitate the Divriği–Kars–Georgia border railway in three lots. The Eastern Türkiye Middle Corridor Railway Development Project is co-financed by the World Bank and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank. Proposals are delivered on paper; electronic procurement is not permitted.
