Azincourt Energy reported results from two more diamond holes at Snegamook, on the Harrier Project in Labrador. The holes added 529 metres, bringing the 2026 campaign to 1,069 metres in four holes. The company then expected the season to finish near 1,800 metres in six or seven holes.
The highlighted readings are preliminary radiometric equivalent uranium grades (eU3O8) derived from downhole gamma measurements, not laboratory assays. Assays were pending, and true widths had not been determined. Hole SN0047 recorded several elevated-radioactivity zones over 29.5 metres, including 0.03 per cent eU3O8 over 0.8 metres. Twin hole SN0048 reported a 31.6-metre zone averaging 0.01 per cent, including 19 metres at 0.03 per cent. These readings do not establish a mineral resource.
Azincourt’s 2 October programme update described the regional exploration context. Harrier covers about 13,000 hectares across six licence groups in Labrador’s Central Mineral Belt. Historical records comprise 124 holes totalling approximately 19,851 metres, more than half on the former Snegamook property, but the company said those data had not been independently verified. The 2026 plan was designed to combine core rehabilitation, selected twin holes and additional drilling to test historical intervals; the earlier estimate of roughly 2,000 metres in six or seven holes was later revised down after a delayed start.
That earlier field update also reported late-summer prospecting and soil sampling across priority Harrier targets, including two new uranium showings. The company described this work as target development for possible future drilling, separate from the current Snegamook hole results. The present release therefore adds preliminary downhole indications to a broader verification effort. Laboratory assays and review of historic core remain necessary before Azincourt could support a compliant maiden resource estimate; the October announcement does not report a feasibility study or development decision.
The earlier programme notice also said the summer prospecting work had identified two new showings and was intended to refine a broader target inventory for possible 2027 drilling. This work was separate from assays at Snegamook: the company said soil and sample results for those additional targets would be reported later. The sequence is therefore field reconnaissance and target refinement across Harrier, alongside confirmation drilling and core review at Snegamook, rather than evidence that the entire property is advancing on one uniform development schedule.
