RATP has opened a procurement for track renewal on the eastern branches of RER A, covering the routes from Vincennes to Marne-la-Vallée Chessy and from Vincennes to Boissy-Saint-Léger. The notice calls the project ‘Renouvellement des Voies Ballastées’ and divides the work into campaigns in 2028 and 2029. It describes both temporary full traffic interruptions and extended night shifts, making the operating calendar a central part of the construction scope.

For summer 2028, the plan begins with one week of extended nights from 4 August at 22:00 through 11 August at PDS. RATP says the worked track would not return to service each morning during that week; trains would use only the adjacent track, and equipment and a removed track could remain in the work zone. A planned temporary interruption follows, from 11 August at 22:00 through 28 August at PDS. A separate four-week extended-night campaign is scheduled from 13 October at 22:00 to 13 November at PDS.

The spring 2029 campaign is planned over four and a half weeks. It starts with extended nights from 27 April at 22:00 to 4 May at PDS, followed by a nine-day interruption from 4 May at 22:00 to 14 May at PDS, then resumes extended-night work from 14 May at 22:00 to 22 May at PDS. The next summer sequence begins with extended nights from 3 August at 22:00 to 10 August at PDS, followed by an interruption from 10 August at 22:00 through 27 August at PDS. The final listed campaign runs from 19 October at 22:00 to 19 November at PDS.

The dates are presented in the notice as planned work periods, not as passenger-service announcements. It does not specify the exact track sections, renewal quantities, materials, plant, possessions or handback criteria in the text available here. Its scope is track renewal; bidders must use the definitive procurement file for technical specifications and interface requirements. The published schedule nevertheless indicates why execution planning matters: works alternate between night access and sustained closures, and the contractor must coordinate its mobilisation and production sequence with several distinct possession windows over two years.

The procedure is run by RATP under reference DHA_2026GDI21956. Applications are submitted electronically through the buyer’s procurement platform, and the notice says the candidate must select this consultation and publish its response there. The deadline is 6 November 2026 at 12:00, with a stated +02:00 offset. The notice allows group bids subject to rules preventing a bidder from participating both individually and in multiple groups. It also says RATP may award on initial offers without negotiation. A 5% retention is specified, with the possibility of replacement by an on-demand guarantee or joint-and-several personal surety.

RATP’s financial terms say the works are financed from its own resources, prices are revisable and payment is due within 60 days of receipt of a payment request. A 5% retention of the tax-inclusive contract amount is specified; the notice allows it to be replaced by an on-demand guarantee or personal and joint surety. The contract duration field is 821 days. The schedule labels its campaign endpoints “PDS”; the notice excerpt does not explain the acronym or state a more precise clock endpoint, so it is retained as published.
