Scope
Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a hybrid plant for Wamo Energy Service Company (WESCO) in Kismayo: at least 6 MWp of solar PV and at least 10 MWh of usable battery storage, with a grid controller, SCADA and an 11 kV point of interconnection. Delivery period 12 months. A virtual pre-bid conference is scheduled for 5 November 2026 at 11:00 Mogadishu time.
